If you read my previous post on installing Vista you can follow the same sequence and proceed with Windows 7 discs.
here are some screenshots on the installation. Yes it works!!! I must say Windows 7 on a mac performs so very well. I just needed to install some drivers from Snow Leopard CD after the installation for the soundcard.

I did the same exact thing, and as of now my MacBook is the fastest running computer in my house. It's amazing.
